Subject-Verb Agreement:
Subjects and verbs must AGREE with one another in number (singular or plural).
If a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular. Note that in present tense, it means adding an 'S' for singular verbs: e.g. She walks to the store.
If a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural. Note that in the present tense, there is NO 'S' for plural verbs: e.g. They walk to the store.
